UK orders can take up to 14 working days and international orders 16 working days to process before being dispatched.
Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days. Please bare these timings in mind before purchasing from us if you need the products for a certain date.
How long does the hair last ?
With proper maintenance, our hair can last anywhere between 4-6 years (sometimes longer).
How much hair do I need for a full head of weave?
We would recommend a minimum of 3 bundles if hair lengths between 12” – 20” are purchased. Lengths over 20” we would advise 4+ bundles for extra volume.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature and highly fluctuating availability of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time.
